Delight in these easy to make Donkey Balls featuring a unique blend of turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey bacon, chicken ham, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls.
  4. Roll each ball in the breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add some diced jalapeños to the mixture.
