Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad

A creamy and flavorful deviled egg macaroni salad with turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 large eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped eggs, turkey bacon, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, paprika, green onions, and sweet pickle relish.
  3. Once the macaroni is cool, add it to the mixing bowl and gently fold the ingredients together.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, consider adding diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
  • Can be made a day ahead of time.
