Delicious Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole Recipe

A creamy and cheesy Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole that is quick and easy to prepare, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup baked breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, turkey bacon, half of the Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Top with the remaining Swiss cheese and then sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, mix in some diced ham.
  • This casserole can be made ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
