- 1 pound goat meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the goat meat and curry powder; cook until the meat is browned.
- Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
