This recipe combines tender goat meat with flavorful curry and hearty noodles for a comforting dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound goat meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the goat meat and curry powder; cook until the meat is browned.
  4. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours until the meat is tender.
  6. In the last 15 minutes of cooking, add the noodles and bell pepper.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, add chopped chili peppers.
