  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 hoagie rolls
  • 6 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
  2. Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and black pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
  4. Shred the beef with two forks and stir it into the cooking liquid.
  5. Serve the beef on hoagie rolls topped with provolone cheese.
