- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 6 hoagie rolls
- 6 slices provolone cheese
