  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  2. Add water gradually until the mixture is thick but pourable.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

  5. Remove fritters and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
