- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- Vegetable oil for frying
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken ham, turkey bacon, carrots, cabbage, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and green onions.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
- Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly to seal.
