Creamy Winter Vegetable Casserole

A comforting and flavorful winter dish that combines creamy vegetables with the savory taste of turkey bacon.

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and turkey bacon.
  3. In another bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the vegetables and bacon, and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender and cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some grated parmesan cheese on top before baking.
