Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and spinach.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the vegetables and mix well.
