Creamy Tuscan Ravioli Soup

A delightful creamy soup featuring ravioli, enriched with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 pound cheese ravioli
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and cooked turkey bacon back to the pot.
  5. Stir in the ravioli and cook until al dente.
  6. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes

  • This soup can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
  • For extra flavor, consider adding Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
