- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 pound cheese ravioli
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and cooked turkey bacon back to the pot.
- Stir in the ravioli and cook until al dente.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
