  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, mix cooked spaghetti, cottage cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Pour the spaghetti mixture into a baking dish and top with the meat sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
