Creamy Scalloped Potatoes

Deliciously creamy scalloped potatoes layered with savory turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Slice the potatoes thinly and layer half in the dish.
  4. Sprinkle half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham over the potatoes.
  5. Pour half the heavy cream and sprinkle half the cheese on top.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.

Notes

  • Let stand for 10 minutes before serving to set.
  • Can be made ahead and baked before serving.
