  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Layer the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes.
  5. Add the diced chicken ham on top.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese and dot with butter.
  7. Bake for 45-60 minutes until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
