  • 4 ounces Boursin cheese
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the heavy cream, Boursin cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir until combined and heated through.
  5. Mix in the cooked rigatoni and crumbled turkey bacon. Toss until evenly coated.
  6. Serve with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley on top.
