  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion and garlic to the skillet, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
  5. Add cooked rigatoni to the skillet, tossing to combine with the sauce.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
