Creamy Garlic Shrimp

A rich and flavorful dish combining shrimp and turkey bacon in a creamy garlic sauce.

  • 1 pound shrimp, cleaned and deveined
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese, crumbled bacon, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted.
  6. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
  • Serve over pasta or rice for a complete meal.
