- 1 pound shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the Parmesan cheese, crumbled bacon, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted.
