- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 ounces brie cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 ounces chicken ham
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package directions; drain.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and nutmeg to the sauce.
- Remove from heat and stir in brie cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, and chicken ham; stir to combine.
- Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- For extra creaminess, add more brie cheese.
