Crack Breakfast Casserole

A delicious and hearty breakfast casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 cups bread cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Add bread cubes, chicken ham, and cheese to the egg mixture, stirring to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with crumbled turkey bacon.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
