  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 cups bread cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the chicken ham for 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. In a greased baking dish, layer the bread cubes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and shredded cheese.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden brown.
