Crack Breakfast Casserole

A delicious and easy breakfast casserole made with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the bell peppers until tender.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add the crumbled turkey bacon, chicken ham, sautéed bell peppers, and cheese to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
