- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
