  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, turkey bacon, spinach, bell peppers, onions, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
