  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. Add garlic and ginger to the pot, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add mushrooms, carrots, and potstickers. Cook until potstickers float, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions.
  6. Serve hot, topped with crumbled turkey bacon and cilantro.
