Coffee Cheesecake

A decadent coffee cheesecake that satisfies your coffee cravings.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the heavy cream, brewed coffee, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and blend well.
  5. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling into the prepared crust.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is just set.
  8. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa for added flavor.
  • For best results, use room temperature ingredients.
