Classic Crockpot Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa

A delicious and easy recipe for making Classic Crockpot Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa using your slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen pierogi
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, layer half of the frozen pierogi on the bottom.
  2. Top with half of the kielbasa slices and half of the onion.
  3. Sprinkle with half of the cheese.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the soup, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Pour half of the mixture over the layered ingredients.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until heated through.
  8. Once cooked, stir gently to combine before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sauté the onions before adding them to the slow cooker.
  • Feel free to add other ingredients such as vegetables for added nutrition.
