  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for topping)
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the mini loaf pans.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugars, and oil until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. In a separate small bowl, mix together the topping ingredients, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  7. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pans, sprinkle with half of the topping mixture, then add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let the loaves cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
