- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar (for topping)
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (for topping)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the mini loaf pans.
- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugars, and oil until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.

- In a separate small bowl, mix together the topping ingredients, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pans, sprinkle with half of the topping mixture, then add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
