Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Coffee Cake

A delightful cinnamon swirl coffee cake perfect for mornings.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture and milk, alternating between the two.
  6. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
  7. In a bundt pan, pour half of the batter, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon mixture, and then add the remaining batter and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon mixture on top.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before transferring to a serving plate.

Notes

  • Serve with coffee for an ideal pairing.
  • Can be topped with a glaze or powdered sugar.
