Cinnamon Roll Protein Muffins

Delicious and nutritious cinnamon roll protein muffins that are easy to make and perfect for everyone!

  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix rolled oats and protein powder.
  3. Add honey, applesauce, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt; mix until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes.
