  • 1 cup icing sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar. Then add the egg and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
