  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Start by flattening the slices of bread with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Dip each slice of bread in the mixture, then place a slice of turkey bacon in the center and roll it up.
