  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place saltine crackers in a single layer.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the saltine crackers and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  7. Once the chocolate is melted, spread it evenly over the toffee.
  8. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the melted chocolate.
