Christmas Tree Deviled Eggs

Delightful Christmas Tree Deviled Eggs that add a festive touch to your holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon green bell pepper, diced

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and peel them once cooled.
  2. Slice each egg in half and scoop out the yolks.
  3. In a bowl, mix the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold in chopped turkey bacon and chives.
  5. Pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Use red and green bell pepper to create a Christmas tree design on top.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
  • Can be made a day in advance; just keep covered in the fridge.
