Instructions

  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the cakes cool completely before frosting.
  8. For the eggnog buttercream, beat butter and add powdered sugar gradually, then mix in eggnog and nutmeg until creamy.
