  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, heat the milk and cream over medium heat until just simmering.
