  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the chorizo over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until tender.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  5. Combine the chorizo and potatoes with the egg mixture.
