  2. Arrange the pecans in clusters on the baking sheet.
  3. Melt the caramel candies with heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of caramel over each pecan cluster.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle them over the caramel-covered pecans.
