Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool slightly.
  3. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat egg yolks and add vanilla extract.
  5. Combine chocolate and egg yolk mixture smoothly.
