  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, banana, almond milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray.
