This Chocolate Icebox Pie is an indulgent no-bake dessert that combines rich chocolate with a creamy texture, perfect for any occasion.

  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish to form a crust.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Add the chocolate pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, and blend until smooth.
  8. Gently fold in the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until combined.
  9. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  11. Before serving, top with chocolate shavings.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can use dark chocolate pudding.
