  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, coffee granules, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the toffee bits and chocolate chips.
  6. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
