- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the butter mixture.
- Pour the batter into mini-cake molds.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from molds.
