Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells

A rich and creamy dish combining delicious stuffed pasta with chicken and Alfredo sauce.

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix chicken, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture.
  5. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
  6. Place stuffed shells in the dish and top with remaining Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, sprinkle additional Italian seasoning on top before baking.
  • Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
