Chicken Alfredo

A creamy and indulgent twist on classic Chicken Alfredo with the addition of turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in the bacon fat until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream, and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and turkey bacon to the sauce, and mix well.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
  • Adding vegetables like spinach or broccoli can enhance the flavor.
