- 3 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
- Spread half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham over the potatoes.
- Pour half of the cream mixture over the layers.
- Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
