Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

A delicious and creamy dish featuring cheesy scalloped potatoes, enhanced with the flavors of turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 3 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  4. Spread half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham over the potatoes.
  5. Pour half of the cream mixture over the layers.
  6. Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, you can add more cheddar cheese on top before the final bake.
  • Feel free to mix different types of cheese for varied flavors.
