A delicious and cheesy dish combining scalloped potatoes with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups milk
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Thinly slice the potatoes and layer them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the flour to make a roux.
  4. Gradually add the milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, stirring constantly until thickened.
  5. Pour the sauce over the layered potatoes, ensuring they are well covered.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
