  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a large baking sheet.
