  • 2 cups seafood stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large pot, sauté onions until translucent.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and seafood, cooking until just done.
  4. Stir in seafood stock and heavy cream, bringing to a simmer.
  5. Add Old Bay seasoning and mix well.
