- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup rice
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
