  • 4 large eggs

  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for cheesecake layer)
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate chips together over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in sugars.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Stir in flour and salt until just combined.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into a prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. While the brownie base is baking, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, caramel sauce, and vanilla, beating until combined.
  7. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the cooled brownie layer.
