8 ounces bowtie pasta
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 ounces cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
Season the beef with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Add the cream cheese and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix well. Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
